We're excited to learn about your work! You have two primary ways to submit your query to Primeway Productions & Literary Agency:

Submit to Our General Submissions Desk

This is a great option if you're unsure which agent is the best fit, or if you prefer your query to be reviewed by our central submissions team first.

Required Materials for All Submissions (Whether to General Desk or Specific Agent):

No matter which option you choose above, your submission email must include the following:

1. Query Letter: A concise and compelling letter introducing yourself, your book (including word count and genre), and its unique appeal in the current market.
2. Synopsis: A one-page summary of your book. Please attach this as a Word or PDF document.
3. Manuscript Sample: The first 10 pages of your manuscript. Please paste these directly into the body of the email. (Do not attach these pages unless specifically requested).
4. Author Bio & Platform: A brief author biography outlining relevant writing credentials and your author platform, especially if submitting nonfiction.

Our Review Process & Response Time

Whether your query is sent to our general submissions desk or a specific agent, if we are interested in reading more, we (or the specific agent) will respond to request the full manuscript or proposal. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to every query. However, please be assured that each submission following these guidelines is carefully reviewed.

As an agency affiliated with the Association of American Literary Agents (AALA), we uphold industry-best practices and professional standards that benefit every author we represent — from contract negotiation to long-term career strategy.

We’re currently open to submissions in the following categories:

• Fiction: Commercial and upmarket fiction, thrillers, mysteries, women’s fiction, historical fiction, literary fiction with a strong narrative.
• Nonfiction: Memoir, business, self-help, narrative nonfiction, pop culture, lifestyle, wellness, and true crime.
• Children’s & YA: Middle grade, young adult, graphic novels, and crossover titles with strong voice and wide appeal.

We seek authors who are passionate, publication-ready, and understand the importance of strategic branding and marketing as part of their publishing journey.

• Make sure your manuscript is polished and professionally formatted.
• Tailor your pitch to show you understand your market and audience.
• If you’re already working with PRIMEWAY on branding or consulting, mention that—our team collaboration gives you an edge.

• We do not accept AI-generated submissions.
• Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, but please let us know if your manuscript gets picked up elsewhere.
• At this time, we are not accepting poetry, short story collections, academic textbooks, dissertations, or scholarly papers, and picture books.
